QE Robotics Team Achieves Top 13 Finish at VEX V5 Robotics National Finals

The newly formed QE Robotics team has surpassed all expectations at the VEX V5 Robotics National Finals, where they earned an impressive 13th place in the country, competing against some of the most experienced and established teams in the nation. At one point during the competition, they were ranked as high as 8th, showcasing their remarkable talent and innovative approach to robotics.

This outstanding achievement highlights the incredible effort and determination of the QE Robotics team, who were participating in their first national competition. Despite being a relatively new team, they demonstrated exceptional skill, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities, earning the respect of their competitors.

“We are thrilled with our performance at the National Finals. Competing against some of the best teams in the country was a valuable learning experience, and we couldn’t be prouder of how far we’ve come in such a short time,” said Darryn Gordon, Course Leader of Computer Science. “Our team worked hard to prepare, and this result is a reflection of their dedication and passion for robotics.”
